Betcheen's Terms and Services

This Agreement between Betcheen (“Artist”) and you (“Client”), shall govern the respective rights of Artist and Client for the artwork described herein. Please note that Betcheen’s Terms and Conditions may be subject to change without prior noticeGENERAL
This commission is for PERSONAL/COMMERCIAL use. The artist has the right to decline any commission request for any reason.The artist may use the final artwork for her portfolio or promote it on social media unless the client wishes to keep it private.Kindly give high-resolution references, mood boards, thumbnails, or idea instructions as detailed as possible.The commission art will be sent in low resolution for final approval.USE
The client is not permitted to replicate the artwork in any form for their profit.The client cannot claim that they did the artwork.The client can share the commission on their social media accounts with credits.The client can print the artwork on items for personal use with credit. For Personal Use, the client can use the art for Profile Pictures, Social Media, Streaming Schedules, Stream Starting/Ending Screens, Youtube Thumbnails with credit. The client can print the artwork on items for personal use with credit. Making profit off of Betcheen's art such as Merch, Vtuber Model, Private Content (Onlyfans, etc) are considered as Commercial UseINTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
AI and NFT usage is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. The client will be completely blacklisted, If they're found redistributing Betcheen’s artworks onto an NFT site or training an AI generator.REVISIONS
Major revisions are only allowed during the sketch phase. First major revision is allowed with no additional cost.The client will have a maximum of 2 major revisions at no cost. After using 2 major revisions, no additional revisions will be allowed.OTHER ADDITIONALS
Kindly tell the artist if you have a preferred ratio for the canvas size. There will be an additional fee for 2 or more charactersPAYMENT
An initial deposit must be received before the artist starts to work on the commission.The client must send a 50% initial deposit after the artist confirms that they can work on their commission. The remaining balance must be paid before the artist sends the final work.REFUNDS
100% refund, if the artist hasn’t started the sketch yet. No refunds after the final sketch is approved.TIMEFRAME
Expect 1-3 weeks to complete the artwork due to university/personal concerns. Communicate with the artists if you have a specific deadline. Rush commission request has an extra fee of 50% of the original price.WAITLISTS
Waitlist duration does not include the actual drawing or completion time of the commission. Estimated waiting times may vary depending on my current commission queue and overall workload.DELIVERY
Final deliverables are provided by the Artist using the VGen platform, Gmail. Any files hosted by the Artist will be available for the Client to download for days.COMMUNICATION
The artist will consistently contact you with any updates about your request with your preferred method of contact. They will reach out to you to confirm your order and update you about the queue list. The client may also contact the artist to check the progress of the request or ask any inquiries The artist will immediately notify you whether any schedule conflicts need an extension of deadlines. The Artist and Client agree to discuss relevant matters concerning the project. Both parties have the right to decline other topics of discussion. The Artist has the right to stop the Commission due to rude/inappropriate behavior and breach of these Terms of Service without a refund.If you need more information that is not stated above.
